Tournaments
Two of our own, both now played
Most leagues around the country host their own tournaments, and so do we: a season opener in May and a two-day main tournament in August. Both 2026 tournaments have now been played – the pages below are reviews of how they went. Dates for 2027 will be announced when they are set.
Further afield
Playing away
Softball is inclusive and friendly, and players love to travel to play other tournaments. Well known ones outside Leeds include Manchester, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Leicester and Liverpool.
Leeds teams sometimes enter national competitions on their own, but in general players from across the league are pooled to form tournament teams, selected on form and reliability.
